Papa Dick & Grandma B's Visit
Papa Dick and Grandma B came for a week in mid-October to hang out with us and meet the newest addition. The boys went up to the cabin for 3 days and Barb & I relaxed and "caught up" up on the latest and greatest. We also met her sister and her friend, Reuben, for lunch one day so I got to dress up Delaney and actually go out with her! ha The boys' cabin trip went well and when they got home Barb and I snuck away for an afternoon. Had a great lunch at The Cheesecake Factory (my fave) and then hit Kohls where Barb bought Delaney a bunch of new clothes and bought both kids adorable Christmas jammies for some photo ops. It was a wonderful "girls day"! The week went by too quickly, of course, and we will miss them this year at the annual Thanksgiving/deer hunting trip in Pennsylvania. Next year we will be there for sure!
Snyder Boys Ready for Camp
Right before the boys left for our cabin in Utah for a few days. Dalton came home with only a few scratches, bumps and bruises and a mysterious rash...a success in my book! ha
One for the Road
Milk, that is. Yes, I know he is too old to be drinking from a bottle but hey - it was his vacation so why not?! haha
Vegas Hot Rodding
Papa Dick and Grandma B sent Dalton a hot rod for an early Xmas gift. They came out to visit us in mid October and Papa Dick put it together and they took him out for a "spin". He's still a little too small to work the pedals but Papa rigged it so they can pull him around.
