My parents must have brought the snow with them from The Yoop but it was WONDERFUL!!! Anything other than sunshine is a welcome change of pace in Vegas. My parents flew in at noon on Christmas Day and we all opened gifts and had a deee-ish dinner - courtesy of Trav's amazing fried turkey (see action shots that follow - ha!). We sure enjoyed having them around and they even let me & Trav sneak away for a night at the Red Rock Station and Casino! We had dinner, bowled, gambled and even got to sleep in the next a.m. Thanks, Mom & Dad!! It was a fabulous visit and we can't wait to visit again...hopefully they'll sneak in a spring trip before we all come to The Yoop in July (hint hint).
